1. Why is it that I cannot withdraw cash from ATMs (Automatic Teller Machine) with the CIRRUS Acceptance Marks?
   
   There has been a change of policy as Diners Club International has been acquired by Discover Financial Service which
   has developed the Discover Network known as PULSE.
   


2. Where can I withdraw cash from ATMs (Automatic Teller Machine)?
   
   

   Beginning 1st July 2009, Diners Club cardmembers should look for the Diners Club International Acceptance Mark
   on ATMs globally and/or the PULSE Acceptance Mark on ATMs in North America and the Caribbean to obtain cash
   from more than 500,000 ATMs and cash access locations in more than 100 countries.

   Within Malaysia you can obtain cash from all ATMs of Citibank displaying the Diners Club International Acceptance Mark.

3. Where else can I obtain cash? Can I obtain cash over the counter?
   
   

   Cash Advance withdrawal will be gradually extended to other banks’ ATM in the near future.Besides the ATMs, you can also obtain cash from our Diners Club office at 15th Floor, Menara Tan & Tan, 207 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur. As for Citibank you can still withdraw cash over the counter from Citibank Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Citibank Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, Georgetown, Penang and Citibank Johor Bahru located at City Plaza, 21 Jalan Tebrau, Johor Bahru.
   

4. Can I use my existing PIN?
   
   

   Yes, you can use your existing PIN. There is no change to your PIN.
   

5. What are the charges for cash withdrawal from ATM?
   
   A cash advance fee of 5% (or RM20.00 whichever is greater) on the amount of cash advance is imposed for each cash advance withdrawn. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month is levied on the daily cash advance balance from the date of the cash advance is withdrawn until it is fully settled. Any miscellaneous fee levied by participating banks will be billed to your Diners Club         account..
   


6. When is it that Diners Club cardmembers cannot withdraw cash from ATMs with CIRRUS Acceptance Marks?    
   
   

   Beginning 1st July 2009 Diners Club cardmembers could no longer withdraw cash from ATMs with CIRRUS Acceptance Marks.
