I undertake to pay all bills charged under the above stated Automatic Bill Payment Service and be bound by the terms and conditions of the Diners Club Card.

1. Each autobill service provider account signed up & approved is entitled for RM25 Government
    Service Tax rebate.
2. Applicable for new autobill service provider account signed up & approved from 1 Jan 2010.
3. Government Government Service Tax (GST) rebate will be credited / waived in the month the GST
    is reflected in the Diners Club statement of accounts.
4. Auto-bill must remains-in-force for 12 months billing with Diners Club Malaysia. Otherwise, a
    penalty fee of the 100% of the rebate ie. RM25 per auto-bill shall be billed back to Cardmemebr’s
    Diners Club account.
5. Auto-bill for GST waiver is up to maximum number of cards each cardmember holds.
6. Cardmember can enrol for auto-bill to waive the GST and waiver is only applicable up to a
    maximum of 3 months after the GST was billed.
7. Offer is valid till 30 September 2010.
