Types of Payment Mode
BANK COUNTER PAYMENT
Pay your bills either by Cash/Giro Transfer or Cheque at the participating Bank. Fill-up your Bank’s Bank-in Slip with your Diners Club Account Number, your Cheque number/Cash and the Diners Club Account Number. Then bank-in your payment at the bank counter and retain the imprinted Bank-in Slip for your reference.

    Just bring along your Diners Club Statement and produce it to the teller at any   AmBank branches nationwide.

AUTODEBIT

Authorise your Bank to automatically deduct your account to pay for your Diners Club bills every month. Fill-up the participating Bank’s Autodebit Form/Direct Debit Instruction Form (DDI) and send it to the Branch that maintain your account. Your Autodebit System will be activated after about 30 days, the Bank will automatically deduct your account to pay for your Diners Club bills.

AUTOPHONE/TELEBANKING SERVICE

Pay your bills through a push button tone phone from anywhere with the Telephone Banking Service. Just fill up the participating Bank’s Autophone Form, and send it to the Branch that maintain your account. Upon confirmation from the Bank, you can activate payment to Diners Club with just one phone call to your Bank.

INTERNET BANKING

Internet Banking is another convenient payment service available for Diners Club Cardmembers to settle their monthly card outstanding online. This service is
available to all participanting Bank/Finance's account holders who use the ATM
facility. To activate the service cardmembers are required to obtain a password
number through the participating Bank/Finance's.

How to make payments to Diners Club Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

  •   MAYBANK
    • Type in your user ID and the assigned password
       
    • When main menu appear, click the payment category and choose "Open Payment"
       
    • At the payment menu cardmembers are to provide the following information

      1. Choose the payee corporation – Diners Club (M) Sdn. Bhd.
      2. Key in Diners Club card number
      3. Type in cardholders name and
      4. Input the amount to be pai
  •   AMBANK
    • Just create your new 6-digit Web PIN at any of AmBank's ATMs using your AmBank ATM Card, Credit/Debit card PIN Number.
       
    • Login to www.ambg.com.my.
      Go to AmDirect Online Banking 'Login' function and select 'First Time Login' function.
      Follow the prompts to enter your card number and Web PIN.
       
    • Create your Login ID and Password as prompted for subsequent logins, just enter your Login ID and Password. For security reasons, please keep your Login ID and Password confidential.
       
    • Once you have login successfully, go to 'Bill Payment' menu and select 'Open Payments'. You can make immediate payment here by selecting 'Diners Club (M) Sdn. Bhd.'. You can also make future dated payment to your Diners Club bills by setting a pre-defined period and frequency at a pre-defined amount   'Registered Future' function.

  • Remember to write your Diners Club account number on the back of the cheque. 
    Do not send cash through the mail or put cash payment into the Cheque Collection Box
