Terms and Conditions

1. Loyalty Points

  • Loyalty Points are awarded by Victoria Station when Cardholders use their Diners Club International-Victoria Station Cobrand Cards to charge for purchases at Victoria Station, Sri Ayutthaya and Chef & Brew. There will be no issuance of Loyalty Points with purchases made with other payment modes.
  • Loyalty Points are awarded based on total bill charged..
  • Each RM1 charged will earn 1 Loyalty Point.
  • Loyalty Points earned on current transactions will be available 3 days after transaction date.
  • Loyalty Points are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or kind.
  • Loyalty Points will not be awarded for any Dining Vouchers.
  • Loyalty Points have no expiry date.
  • Loyalty Points earned by Basic and Supplementary Cardholders are redeemable by the Basic Cardholders only.
  • Basic Cardholder may redeem Loyalty Points by faxing in the redemption form. 
  • Loyalty Points will be forfeited upon resignation/cancellation of Diners Club International-Victoria Station Cobrand Card.

2. Victoria Station Dining Vouchers

  • Victoria Station Dining Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the Dining Voucher for more details.
  • Victoria Station Dining Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or kind

3. General

  • Victoria Station reserves the right to amend terms and conditions governing the Loyalty Points at any time without prior notice.
